
Alfredo Sauce
2 cups Pecorino Romano or Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 cups Lactose-free Whole Milk
1-1/2 cups lactose-free plain yogurt
3 Tblsps. butter
3 Tblsps. flour
Salt and group white pepper to taste
Finely grate the cheese; set aside. Combine milk and yoghurt in saucepan. Heat until warm but do not boil. Melt butter in saucepan. Whisk, flour into butter until smooth. Add heated milk and yoghurt all at once to flour mixture and continue to whisk. Simmer mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Whisk in Cheese, salt and pepper.
